For convenience and flexibility, we highly recommend Grab ride-hailing applications or traditional taxi.
Grab
Think of Grab like Vietnam’s Uber, since it’s huge here and super reliable. We honestly think it’s the easiest way to go. Download the app before you even land if possible.
Office-Specific Grab pickup point guidelines
Since it’s quite confusing to find the Grab pick-up points, here’s a quick rundown for each of our spots:
1. Tigit Hanoi – Noi Bai International Airport
Noi Bai International Airport is approximately 20 kilometers away from Tigit Hanoi. Traffic in Hanoi can be…lively, so travel time can vary. Normally, it takes between 20 to 40 minutes to travel from Noi Bai Airport to Tigit Hanoi.

4. Tigit Da Lat – Lien Khuong International Airport
Lien Khuong International Airport is quite far from our Da Lat office but normally it’s only 40 minutes to reach the office by car since they go on the highways.
Unlike other airports, Grab at Lien Khuong airport does not have a specific designated pickup point. Your Grab driver will pick you up directly at the lobby of the arrival terminal. Look for them around Pillar A01 to A05 at Gates A1 and A2 after you book on the Grab app.
Traditional Taxi
When you step out of the airport, you’ll see taxi stands. Taxi fares are typically calculated based on the distance traveled. When you begin your trip, an initial fare is charged, and additional charges are added for each kilometer covered. The taxi meter, located in front of the cab, displays the total amount to be paid. The reference price per kilometer for taxis ranges from approximately 12.000 VND to 15.000 VND (around USD 0.52 to USD 0.65). Please note that this price can be changed over time due to many factors.
Quick tips: Before you hop in, it’s a smart idea to snap a photo of the taxi’s plate number. Just in case you accidentally leave someting behind, you’ll have a clear record to help track it down. Also, just look for the official and reputable taxi companies like Mai Linh (green vehicles), Vinasun (white vehicles with green accents) or Taxi Group. They use meters, so you know what you’re paying.

Alternative Transportation Methods (Less recommended)
While other options exist, they’re generally less flexible and direct for reaching out specific office locations:
Public bus
They’re super super affordable! Public buses offer the absolute lowest cost for airport transfers, making them ideal for budget-conscious travelers. However, riding a public bus can be very slow due to multiple stops, traffic congestion, and potential transfers, adding significant travel time. Also, it might be challenging and uncomfortable to manage large backpacks or suitcases on crowded buses, especially after a long flight.
Airline Shuttle Bus
If you’re watching your pennies, this is a great choice. Just walk out of the airport entrance, and you’ll see the different airline shuttle buses, usually in their bright company colors. They often run closely with flight times, making them a convenient option right from the airport. You also pay a set fee per person, so no suprises there and easy for budgeting.
But they don’t wait for you! If your flight is delayed or you arrive between schedules, you might be stuck awaiting around at the airport. Also, they only go to specific central points in the city, not directly to our office. During busy peak season, these buses can fill up, so be prepared for a crowd.
So, there you have it! Getting from the airport to our offices is pretty straightforward when you know the best options. Pick a taxi for simplicity or grab your phone for ride-hailing, and you’ll be with us in no time.
