This is an authorisation hold, the card will not be charged. (on some cards it may display as a transaction temporarily for around 7 days).
This payment is split into two.
Payment 1: An authorization hold.
Payment 2: The rental fee of the motorbike. (No fees)
Vietnamese cards can take one or more months to process the refund. This is out of our control and due to the poor handling of holds by Vietnamese banks.
