Phan Rang is still off the tourist trail. Development is fast and Phan Rang is quickly taking over from the callapsing Mui Ne Kite surfing scene. A lovely newly built town and beautiful coastlines make this place a must.
Do not forget to eat at the Cuban Bar and Grill which has great food and really cold beer!
