What to know

  • Our Ho Chi Minh location in situated in a new area of Saigon, just 10-minutes from central district 1. Leaving the city and through Ha Thu Thiem Tunnel is a beautiful compound called Sarimi. Big Singaporean money has created a “luxury low rise” shopping street and apartment complex. The Sarimi complex is some of the most expensive and upmarket real estate in Saigon City

  • In Sarimi we are set up in a three-story shop house, consisting of a ground floor mechanic shop and waiting area. A cargo lift to the 1st floor where our motorbikes are stored, and then a 3rd floor shop and paperwork area

  • For customers of Tigit, this area allows for test driving in an unbeatable quiet area of Ho Chi Minh despite being just 10 minutes from central district 1.You could leave here on your adventure and  completely avoid any need to venture into the city chaos

  • It is not possible to walk to Tigit from central District 1 or the backpacker streets. Although we are not far, Ha Thu Thiem tunnel does not have a pedestrian zone and can only be accessed by car or motorbike. Download the “Grab” application and take a grab bike for as little at 30,000vnd (1.5usd) to get from central District 1 to our District 2 office

  • Within Sarimi, it is not uncommon to see Lamborghini’s and Ferrari’s around. Housing in the area can cost a casual 4-million USD and apartments start at 300,000 USD. Sarimi is a display of the enormous money that is now being made in Vietnam. Air BnB has become popular in the area, and although not cheap, we highly recommend Air BnB in the B1 or B2 condo’s where a free swimming pool, gym and games room awaits

  • Travelers arriving at Tigit Ho Chi Minh are often shocked to have left the hustle and bustle of District 1 to shortly arrive in the quiet Sarimi complex. There are few cities in the world that can go from complete chaos to nearly normal and ordinary surroundings in such a short space of time
